U.S. Supreme Court Justice Kennedy had two sons working for law firms that work for Bush.
The wife of Justice Clarence "Uncle Tom" Thomas was HIRED by the right-wing Heritage Foundation to compile a list of political appointees in case Bush became president (which Thomas made sure by casting the deciding vote for Dumbya).
Both these justices were appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court by daddy-Bush, Sir George Bush (knighted by a FOREIGN power while in office--almost unbelievable). Both justices voted for son "Dumbya" Bush to be APPOINTED, not elected, the 2nd un-elected President in over a hundred years. (Famous verdict: "You can re-count but, guess what, we won't give you time.")
Can you think of a greater conflict of interest? Or partisan, political activism by judges not only in the face of ignoring the winning popular vote but the elimination of tens of thousands of valid votes? Hello Hitler? Are you coaching?
